Can I buy NOVA?
You can trade it on pump.fun via the link on this page. There is no guarantee of liquidity, of a price, or that anyone will buy from you. Only ever use the address on this page; anything else is not this token.

The on-chain name is "NovaCoinPro" even though the brand is NOVA — that mismatch is real and permanent, because the metadata update authority is null. Why does the token say NovaCoinPro but the brand say NOVA?
The metadata was set to "NovaCoinPro" when the token was created on pump.fun, and its update authority is null, so the name and symbol can never be changed. NOVA is the brand on top; NovaCoinPro (NCP) is what the chain says. Anyone can create another token called NOVA — the mint address is the only thing that distinguishes this one.
What can the team do to the token?
Mint authority is null (no new supply can ever be created) and freeze authority is null (no holder's account can be frozen). The metadata is immutable. What we cannot show you is a published treasury, an LP lock or an audit — none of those exist.
